Elite Global is currently seeking HIGHLY ENERGENTIC and RELIABLE individuals for the following position for its office in Ortigas Center Pasig City, Metro Manila.

POSITION:

Search Engine Marketing Specialist (SEO/SEM)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Perform best practice SEO activities for Elite Global Sourcing.
2. Perform key audits and produce reports about site performance, or sections of the site, and make recommendations about how to increase referral traffic from search.
3. Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
4. Perform lead generation activities through social media platforms, email, and other communication channels.
5. Conduct keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
6. Develop and implement link building strategies.
7. Serve as technical subject matter expert for Marketing and Executive team.
8. Work closely with content generators to drive SEO during content creation and programming.
9. Work closely with Elite Global Sourcing teams and external stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum of one (1) year proven SEO and SEM experience. Previous hands-on management of campaigns in multiple platforms such as Google, Yahoo, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Bing are a plus.
2. Experience with Bid Management and Web Analytic Tools.
3. Excellent oral and written English communication skills required.
4. Mastery of MS Office and Outlook.
5. Excellent data collection and reporting skills.
6. Possesses a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and mentorship mentality with the ability to present and explain complex subjects to non-technical stakeholders.
7. Eagerness to work in a dynamic gaming and services environment.
