Our digital marketing team is looking for a passionate, experienced SEO leader with a thirst for knowledge to join us.

Position Duties:

1. Developing cutting-edge digital marketing strategies for current and new clientele across multiple verticals.
2. Translating client requests into specific tasks and distributing them to the digital marketing team.
3. Coordinating with internal staff to develop campaign reports for clients, presenting client reports and campaign action plans.
4. Identifying new tasks and objectives based on the performance of the client campaign.
5. Evaluating and reporting on strategy success to internal stakeholders and client stakeholders.

Position Requirements:

1. Demonstrated technical expertise with SEO tools including GA4, Google Search Console, SEMRush, ScreamingFrog, Ahrefs, etc.
2. Excellent customer relations, time management, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
3. Detail-oriented, self-starter with outstanding follow-up and follow-through talents.
4. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO purposes.
5. Minimum of 5 years of SEO experience with a proven track record of performance enhancement.
6. Understanding of current algorithm updates and requirements.
7. Search Experience Optimization experience – both technical and content-driven.
8. Ability to utilize data to provide actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
9. Experience mentoring junior team members.

Education or Training:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising, Business, or Journalism.
2. Google Analytics Certification a plus.
