As our Paid Media & SEO Strategist, you love planning, launching, and leading digital marketing campaigns for clients across various industries. You thrive on analyzing complex data sets and extracting insights and recommendations to best execute campaign strategies. You understand both paid advertising and organic content marketing strategies to create better engagement and drive measurable results.

Please note, we are only accepting U.S. candidates who want a full-time, in-office role.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize client-paid media campaigns to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research for client SEO campaigns to enhance organic search visibility and traffic.
  • Implement advanced analytics techniques to track and report on client campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client strategies with business objectives and ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Develop standardized reporting templates to efficiently communicate client campaign performance and insights.

Long-term Goals:

  • Establish YCP as a leader in digital marketing by consistently delivering exceptional results for clients through paid media and SEO strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in client campaign performance through ongoing optimization efforts and strategic enhancements.
  • Expand YCP's service offerings in paid media and SEO to meet evolving client needs and industry trends.
  • Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication, strategic guidance, and value-added services.
  • Develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and expertise in paid media and SEO, driving overall agency growth and success.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience managing paid search and SEO campaigns for clients, preferably (but not required) within a digital marketing agency.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, and other relevant advertising and analytics platforms.
  • Experience managing monthly budgets of at least $20,000 across multiple client accounts, allocating funds strategically to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Proven track record of optimizing campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI goals for clients. Please plan to show examples.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from data sets and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data and insights clearly and concisely to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver results within deadlines.

Optional Certifications:

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Hubspot, or other relevant platforms are a plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business is appreciated.
