• Giving studio tours
• Selling memberships to support the studio
• Leading and developing staff members
• Following up on prospective clients to book their first classes
• Handling members’ concerns professionally and objectively
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring studio cleanliness and organization
• Attending monthly staff meetings for further development
