• Reporting to: Reports to Studio Leader or CTO.

Position objective

The Scrum Master with Microsoft Cloud expertise is responsible for the management of agile methodologies within the technical teams of SILAMIND by facilitating the adoption of Scrum and ensuring the smooth running of sprints and deliverables. He/she supports teams in implementing cloud projects using Microsoft technologies and works closely with Product Owners and Project Managers to ensure the success of customer projects.

Main responsibilities

• Facilitation of Agile Methodologies: Implement and maintain agile and Scrum principles within teams, by facilitating meetings (daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
• Support for technical teams: Work closely with technical teams to eliminate obstacles, ensure that tasks are clearly defined and aligned with project objectives, and promote a culture of collaboration.
• Collaboration with the Product Owner: Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize the product backlog, and ensure that the teams understand the customer's priorities and expectations.
• Coordination with the Project Manager: Work in coordination with the Project Manager to monitor project progress, manage deadlines, and ensure compliance with business objectives while facilitating on-time delivery.
• Monitoring and continuous improvement: Ensure that teams follow agile processes while monitoring performance indicators. Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and by implementing corrective actions to improve delivery processes.
• Training and Coaching: Train and coach teams and stakeholders in agile methodologies and Scrum best practices to improve cloud project management efficiency.
• Technology Watch and Innovation: Keep abreast of developments in tools and technologies Microsoft Cloud (Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform) and propose innovative solutions to optimize agile processes in the cloud environment.

Environments and Technologies

• Methodologies: Agile/Scrum.
• Agile Management Tools: Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar tools.
• Microsoft Cloud Technologies: Environmental expertise Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform and other Microsoft cloud services.

Skills required

• Scrum Mastering:
  • Demonstrated experience as Scrum Master with a mastery of Scrum concepts, ceremonies and artifacts.
  • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including developers, cloud architects and other technical profiles.
• Microsoft Cloud knowledge:
  • Expertise in Microsoft Cloud technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365 and Power Platform and their application in agile projects.
  • Ability to support teams in complex Microsoft Cloud projects, taking agile best practices into account.
• Leadership and Communication:
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and facilitate exchanges between stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage conflict, solve problems and remove obstacles that could slow down team progress.
• Certifications:
  • Certification Scrum Master (e.g. : Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)).
  • Certification in Microsoft technologies (e.g. : Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Power Platform App Maker) is a plus.
• Languages: Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Training: BAC+5 degree, engineer or university equivalent in IT, project management, or relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Scrum Master, with significant experience in cloud projects using Microsoft technologies.
