Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
3. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project goals.
4. Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
5. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve designs.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
7. Advocate for the end user and ensure that all design decisions are user-centered.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
4. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Familiarity with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with design systems and creating consistent design solutions.
2. Understanding of accessibility principles and guidelines.
3. Knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing.
