Job Description

We are seeking a product designer who is equal parts creative and methodical to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is not intimidated by a blank canvas and is excited about building a fun, exploratory, highly intuitive platform about real property.

• Bring a 0 to 1 mindset to building the Arturo platform.
• Conduct research to build an intuitive and functional product; human-centered design.
• Iterate on user interface design and align stakeholders to make the best decisions for the user.
• Participate in the product process, bringing in value signals from the market, customers, marketing/sales.
• Work closely with the product team to synthesize value signals into a must-have list of requirements to shape a competitive roadmap.

Requirements

• Collaborative nature and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Ownership mentality.
• Experience in building compelling user experiences, especially in translating a wealth of data from noise into meaning.
• Proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping user interfaces, with a strong portfolio that showcases your experience in creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Familiarity with GIS data is a plus.
• Familiarity with the property ecosystem (insurance, contractors, lenders, real estate agents, etc.) is a plus.
• 5-7 years of experience in human-centered product/UX/UI design.
