External Description

Audubon is currently seeking a Senior UI/UX Product Designer to join our team. The Senior UI/UX Product Designer will be responsible for designing, writing, and maintaining C# coding for our future and ongoing projects. The Senior UI/UX Product Designer will also be required to contribute to design and planning sessions as well as formulate approaches for current coding tasks.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches.
2. Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes.
3. Familiarity with OWASP top 10 techniques to secure code from vulnerabilities.
4. Maintain awareness of industry best practices for data maintenance handling as it relates to your role.
5. Adhere to policies, guidelines and procedures pertaining to the protection of information assets.
6. Report actual or suspected security and/or policy violations/breaches to an appropriate authority.
7. Create UX documentation (task-flows, scenarios and wireframes) to communicate concepts and designs to the team.
8. Create UI artifacts (Hi-fidelity Figma files, prototypes and user interaction specifications) for handoff to development and engineering.
9. Propose and participate in user research, usability validation, and A/B testing.
10. Collaborate with other team members, including Designers, Product Managers, Project Managers, Content Strategists, and Developers to bring your solutions to life.

Experience and Skill Requirements

1. 5+ years' of experience designing consumer and mobile products.
2. Experience with user testing.
3. Familiar with UX/UI best practices.
4. Required: Proficient in Figma for the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
5. Required: understand CSS basics.
6. Comfortable acting as a lead, directing the work of third-party designers as needed.
7. Strong attention to detail with an ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
8. BA in UX design, UI design, graphic design, or related field preferred; Master’s degree in the same fields is ideal.
