Job Position: UX Developer

Job Location: Jersey City, NJ & NYC, NY

Technical/Functional Skills:

1. We are looking for “T-shaped” people: individuals who specialize in UX development, but whose interests and work also span other UX disciplines.

Experience Required:

1. Minimum 7 years of experience in front-end development.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience with proper UI/UX design techniques.
3. Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver, and Illustrator or other similar tools.
4. Experience with responsive and mobile web design.
5. Create intuitive interfaces and interaction layers using best practices, the latest web trends, and all available tools to enhance the user experience.
6. Wireframe, design, and refine user experiences of the application.
7. Architect the information and conduct usability sessions with key stakeholders to gather feedback.
8. Deliver HTML for the development team to use and extend. Interact with business and other groups to create multiple designs for given requirements.

Generic Managerial Skills:

1. Experienced in providing mentorship and guidance to junior UX associates.
