KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

User Interface Design:

  • Design and implement visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Own the Digital Design System for our websites partnering with the various brand owners.
  • Incorporate user/customer feedback into design and functionality.
  • Create user interface specifications by applying research, standards, industry best practices, considering strategic business objectives, user needs, and system constraints.
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed, performance and scalability.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs prior to development.
  • Acts as a user experience advocate regarding principles of user experience and user-centered design.

Front-End Development:

  • Experience developing Lightning Web Components and working with Salesforce APIs.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Building, maintaining and reporting on A/B testing on various websites.

Cross-Platform Design:

  • Adapt designs for accessibility, ensuring that all users, including those with disabilities, have a positive experience.
  • Coordinating with creative and business teams to ensure customer experience standards and compliance.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple websites and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in content management systems, Salesforce lightning components and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud community templates, personalization and content management.
  • Understanding of responsive design and best UX practices.
  • Ability to work in a flexible environment with technical teams that leverage sprints.
  • Ability to analyze data, draw insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, marketing, design, or a related field.
  • Proven 3-6 years’ work experience as a UI/UX Developer, Front-End Developer, or a similar role.
  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing software a plus.
  • Experience with the Salesforce platform across their Digital Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Order Management, CRM/Sales Cloud) a plus.
  • Experience integrating with Coveo.
  • Certified in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
