Digital Media / Streaming Director

Davidson College, a NCAA Division I school and member of the Atlantic 10 Conference, is now accepting applications for its Digital Media / Streaming Director position.

This position is responsible for coordinating video content and production for the Department of Athletics, including video board content, social media features, live event audio/video streaming setup and production, as well as support for the department's special events.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field required.
• Minimum of two years experience in an athletics setting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior video production skills with proficiency in Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Manage the department's digital media equipment, software, broadcast trailer, and production spaces.
• Ability to supervise freelance staff and/or students.

Preferences
• Advanced knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
• Familiarity with processes/equipment for streaming events live.

This is a full-time position with complete benefits, a 12-month role that reports to the Assistant A.D. for Athletic Communications.

Salary: Based on experience. In addition, a stipend is available for certain athletic events worked.
