We are searching for a Sr. Partner Operations Manager who can hold a leadership position in building strategic partnerships with world-renowned studios, oversee global content publication, and navigate a complex environment with both business and technical aspects. This role demands a high capacity to Learn and Be Curious, Invent and Simplify, Bias for Action, and Deliver Results as we need to continually adapt to the fast-moving environment and drive efficiency for global customers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, including global cross-functional teams within Amazon, external executive teams, and technical teams from both sides. The successful candidate will need to be entrepreneurial, wear many hats, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment. Key job responsibilities
- Own partner performance metrics, holding partners accountable to Amazon delivery specifications and raising the bar on partner performance.
- Contribute to defining product value propositions, advantages, and limitations.
- Engage in product development with our product managers and engineering teams, ensuring operator use cases are correctly represented.
- Drive operational efficiency by refining operational processes and influencing product/engineering teams to enable automation.
- Work with ambiguity in an exciting space of international expansion and growth.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Partner Management, Supply Chain Management, Operational Management, Business Development, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating complex program development cycles and leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines.
- Experience managing, analyzing, presenting, and communicating relevant results to senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Intermediate data management experience, including the use of data visualization tools and systems like Excel or Access.
- Bachelor’s degree, or 4+ years of equivalent professional experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of experience in Account Management, Partner Management, Supply Chain Management, Operational Management, or Business Development with a large global organization.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and business counterparts to deliver online products/services.
- Ability to understand customers and their behavior in order to drive new feature development.
- Must be able to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing and competing priorities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills.
- Advanced ability to draw insights from data and communicate them clearly to stakeholders and executives.
- Strong attention to detail, end-to-end ownership, and driving results.
- Be self-driven and committed to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or imperfect data.
- Master’s degree.
