As a Senior Associate, Trust & Safety, you are responsible for day-to-day PV Compliance Trust & Safety Operations through content moderation, classification, and data labeling activities. You are passionate about working cross-functionally and responsible for reviewing content to ensure it adheres to established content guidelines. You will review Prime Video content, often of a graphic nature, and enforce policy decisions related to content. You will be on the front lines, handling and reviewing sensitive content to protect the platform and keep users safe. Our Sr. Associate will review content in continuous succession and may be exposed to harmful content daily. You will gather, analyze, and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall PV user experience. You will research and stay up-to-date on key trends and suspicious patterns across policy areas, along with participating in content calibrations.

This is an 11-month contract role.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience with Excel
  • 0-1+ years of data-driven business operations processes experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in content policy/moderations/ratings, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content.
  • Avid PV user preferred.
  • Experience identifying abuse trends or working in news or policy with a passion for international issues, including freedom of expression, online controversial content, misinformation, etc.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills; self-starter, intellectually curious, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills, open, collaborative, and proven team player.
  • Experience working with global teams.
