Responsibilities
The Sustainment Division provides GCC mission services to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operational support services for both the GCC and the Warfighter. This includes foundational services such as continual process improvement, cost control, mission planning, and opportunities for organizational efficiencies. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing custom web-based, data-driven applications in both SharePoint and Java in support of the GCC mission.
- Implementing the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) standard to plan and design programming processes.
- Providing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) for all deployed applications, including user guides, training materials/videos, bug tracking, and server maintenance.
- Supporting the management of hosting services, including access, security, auditing, and backups for the web portal and collaborative platforms.
- Developing, monitoring, securing, sustaining, and operating Enterprise NIPRNet and SIPRNet web portals and applications.
- Providing on-call support 24/7 for web services.
- Setting up, configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading web portals.
- Administering web servers and performing backups of all web content.
- Designing and developing web graphics, pages, sites, and interactive applications.
- Implementing technical security and cybersecurity best practices.
- Maintaining and evaluating web server audit and usage control logs.
- Ensuring internal web services are Common Access Card (CAC)-enabled.
- Controlling web site access and monitoring privileges for all web sites on GCC web servers.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 years with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; 6 years with no degree.
- Certifications: DCWF Code 621 Advanced: TBD.
- Possess and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- Extensive knowledge of SharePoint architecture, customization, and configuration, including SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2013/2016/2019, and SharePoint Server.
- Strong skills in SharePoint 2010-2016, IIS Manager, SQL Server 2008/2012, Office Web Applications, SharePoint Search, Active Directory, and related technologies.
- Intermediate to advanced SharePoint development skills for in-house development of SharePoint solutions.

Target Salary Range
$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
