Job title: Technical Writer.

Requirements:

1. At least three years’ experience developing education curriculum.
2. A bachelor's or master's degree in education, instructional design, or curriculum development.
3. A valid teaching license is preferred.

Duties:

1. Provide a responsive, innovative training/learning solution design that ensures requirement traceability and effectively controls the solution development effort.
2. Provide front-end analysis and diagnostics to determine optimal training/learning intervention solutions that shall resolve customer performance problems and meet goals and objectives.
3. Provide training implementation and program management support at the individual course delivery level.
