Location Type: This is an onsite role located at our office in Ogden, UT.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Assist in developing the Documentation department through experience, positive attitude, encouragement, and mentoring.
• Assist the Documentation Manager with developing and delivering new-hire training, project tracking and workload distribution, and employee reviews and development plans.
• Understand, implement, and monitor compliance with ISO and other quality assurance documents.
• Assist in continuous improvement of documentation processes.
• Represent documentation at meetings and events as needed.
• Assist in identifying and developing opportunities to expand documentation support to project teams, functional groups, and business units.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

What You’ll Bring:

• 1+ years of experience in technical communication or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and technical writing skills are required.
• Knowledge of desktop publishing applications like Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
