Procedure Writer Job at Genesis10 in Charlotte

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Procedure Writer with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Minneapolis, MN and Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and update desktop-level procedures for Microsoft products to address operational needs.
2. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather required information for procedure creation.
3. Draft, review, and finalize procedure documents, ensuring they meet quality standards and publishing team requirements.
4. Maintain workflow efficiency, managing the completion of 20-50 procedures per month.
5. Stay current with policies, compliance requirements, and project updates.

Required Qualifications:

1. 2+ years of experience in desktop-level procedure writing, preferably within a financial environment.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
3. Experience with user-level Jira for task management and documentation.

Desired Qualifications:

1. Strong willingness to ask questions and seek clarification when needed.
2. Receptive to constructive feedback and critiques to improve performance and deliverables.
3. Effective time management and ability to handle a high volume of deliverables.

Additional Desired Qualifications:

1. Experience with Llama for summarizing unstructured data.
2. Knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) tools and techniques.
3. Experience developing and deploying AI models within banking or financial environments.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and experience working with large, complex datasets.
5. Excellent communication skills to present findings and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Pay Range: $25-$35
