Job Description
The Sr. Digital UX Designer will collaborate with Integrated Media Solutions (IMS) to drive the internal P&G user experience when engaging with P&G digital brands/products. Currently, there is an opportunity gap for our internal partners to engage with digital products in a way that feels intuitive and seamless. These frustrations are directly tied to gaps in our overall user experience design—gaps that a UX expert will be equipped to fill. In this role the Sr. Digital UX Designer will oversee and coordinate efforts, ensuring that the entire end-to-end user journey is considered.
IMS at P&G is an innovative media strategy designed to enhance communication across business units by delivering widespread reach with greater precision and efficiency. It enables brand teams and in-house media specialists to easily plan, create audiences, buy, measure, and optimize media via digital products. Central to IMS is the Media Data Platform, which integrates all relevant media data while ensuring stewardship and consumer privacy.
Job Responsibilities
- Conducting deep user research and usability testing to ensure our products are grounded in real user needs and behaviors.
- Structuring content, navigation and workflows in ways that make our applications intuitive, consistent, and easy to navigate; this includes organizing information logically, labeling content clearly, and ensuring a coherent structure across all products.
- Designing and iterating on user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to test solutions before contributing to development.
- Working closely with both the UI and development teams to ensure designs are not only functional but also technically feasible and scalable.
Job Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in communication design, interaction design, human computer interaction, user experience, information technology or related field.
- 5+ years of UX experience in roles of increasing responsibility.
- Certifications in NN/g UX.
- Fluency in the latest digital product design software and tools.
- Ability to create robust digital product design foundations on multiple projects and the ability to step in with expertise to help multi-disciplinary teams.
- At least 3 work samples demonstrating UX mastery and understanding of the digital product design process.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to justify your design choices, with a high level of leadership and ownership, while remaining organized and detail oriented.
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
- Passion for growing UX acumen at P&G.
