Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of our international investment platform, encompassing trading functionality, analytical tools, and social features.
- Identify user needs collaboratively with the team and devise innovative solutions.
- Rapidly prototype ideas for validation with users.
- Design layouts for our iOS, Android, and web platforms.
- Collaborate closely with our development team to implement chosen solutions effectively.
- Engage regularly with stakeholders worldwide.
- Conduct qualitative research with users, including interviews and utilization of research tools.
- Maintain and evolve our design system.
- Utilize product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, MixPanel) to inform design decisions based on user behavior.
- Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
- A systematic approach to visual design, ensuring adherence to principles of atomic design and consistency across platforms.
- Commitment to data-driven design decisions based on analytical insights or user research. Practical experience in collecting and working with such data is preferred.
- Awareness of industry competitors and design trends to deliver unique and competitive solutions.
- Application of appropriate user experience mapping methods to gather insights on customer interaction with the product.
- Ability to demonstrate the success of hypotheses based on quantitative metrics.
- Familiarity with usability evaluation methods.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team, closely collaborating with developers and product owners.
- Deep understanding and application of the Jobs-to-be-Done methodology.
- Consideration of interdependencies between different product components when designing user journeys.
- Monitoring changes in product metrics and indicators during experimentation.
- Proficiency in using Figma, including working with auto layout, variables, variants, and prototypes.
