Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including Email Marketing, Social Media, SEO and PPC advertising
  • Managing all social media and digital platforms while ensuring a high level of online presence
  • Contributing to the creation of promotional materials, including flyers, emails, social media and website content
  • Maintaining and growing our business's organic search presence
  • Setting up and optimising industry-leading products, in line with SEO benchmarks
  • Distributing email and social campaigns in line with a marketing schedule
  • Evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Conducting market research and analysing trends to identify new marketing opportunities
  • Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of a variety of marketing campaigns
  • Implementing creative, fresh and innovative ideas to add to our marketing activity
  • General support of the business through liaising with our internal teams, stakeholders and management

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven experience in a marketing role or similar is essential
  • Understanding of SEO and track record of continuous improvement through statistics
  • A keen interest and understanding of existing and emerging social media platforms
  • Knowledge of health and social care or any sister sector
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Ability to perform well both in team settings and independently
  • Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Proficient user of Office 365, including MS Word, MS Teams and MS Excel
  • Excellent work/life balance with the ability to bring fun into the team
