Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including Email Marketing, Social Media, SEO and PPC advertising
- Managing all social media and digital platforms while ensuring a high level of online presence
- Contributing to the creation of promotional materials, including flyers, emails, social media and website content
- Maintaining and growing our business's organic search presence
- Setting up and optimising industry-leading products, in line with SEO benchmarks
- Distributing email and social campaigns in line with a marketing schedule
- Evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Conducting market research and analysing trends to identify new marketing opportunities
- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of a variety of marketing campaigns
- Implementing creative, fresh and innovative ideas to add to our marketing activity
- General support of the business through liaising with our internal teams, stakeholders and management

Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience in a marketing role or similar is essential
- Understanding of SEO and track record of continuous improvement through statistics
- A keen interest and understanding of existing and emerging social media platforms
- Knowledge of health and social care or any sister sector
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Ability to perform well both in team settings and independently
- Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Proficient user of Office 365, including MS Word, MS Teams and MS Excel
- Excellent work/life balance with the ability to bring fun into the team
