The Experiential Team works collaboratively with clients, cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, to combine creative solutions with project objectives and KPIs to deliver exceptional results for our clients. 

The Experiential Producer is responsible for creating, organizing, and managing live events and experiences that engage audiences in memorable ways. This role involves concept development, logistical planning, and execution of events that deliver impactful experiences and align with client objectives. This person will need to have strong knowledge and a background in experiential marketing and event production from development to execution. A visionary that is in tune with industry trends and able to design innovative consumer journeys that align with brand image and goals 

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

  • Develop and pitch fresh and innovative ideas that align with client goals, brand messaging, and target audience.
  • Assist with the development of each event motif as appropriate for the client’s brand.
  • Manage all elements of event production from conception to execution including set-up and breakdown of event and evaluation. 
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Venue research, sourcing, and selection.
  • Vendor contract negotiation, including but not limited to venues, production/staging, AV, and catering.
  • Talent booking as needed and as appropriate for each event.
  • Management of budgets and ability to effectively track and project costs.
  • Manage timelines and ensure milestones are met from inception to completion.
  • Work to identify, select, and onboard project staff as required.
  • Lead and motivate event production teams, including coordinators, brand ambassadors, and freelancers.
  • Vendor and client relationship management.
  • Sourcing and selection for furniture, internet, lighting, and AV.
  • Develop, communicate, and execute run-of-show.
  • Ability to manage workload and accomplish task. 
  • Anticipate upcoming challenges and take the initiative to problem-solve. 
  • Preserve and foster WI’s Culture and maintain a positive and forward-thinking attitude 
Requirements
  • BA or BS degree in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field.
  • Multicultural (Black, Hispanic, and/or LGBTQ+) advertising/event experience required. This means knowing how to advocate for these segments.
  • 5+ years of agency experience and interfacing with clients.
  • 5+ years managing/leading all components of major clients with revenues over 200M.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Proficient knowledge and a background in experiential marketing concepts and event production from development to execution.
  • Possesses a keen eye for design and consumer experiences.
  • Proficiency in budget management and event logistics.
  • In-depth understanding of the strategic marketing, business, and the competitive landscape.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset, capable of translating business objectives into innovative experiential marketing solutions.
  • Motivate staff, peers, and clients.
  • Possess the ability to manage multiple client accounts, team members, and deal with conflict fairly and swiftly.
  • Self-motivated and able to work well in a collaborative environment as well as individually.
  • Be proactive, use initiative, problem solve with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication (both written and oral), presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products.

TRAVEL

Ability to travel approximately 50% of the calendar year.

The salary range for this position is $60,000.00 to $ 80,000.00. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company(applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
