SeniorLead Insurance Producer Job at Strategic Employment in Andover

Private 5-star rated insurance company located north of Boston is looking to hire an Insurance Producer to promote a wide range of products from some of the best and well-known carriers in the industry—all to meet the needs of commercial and personal clients. The ideal candidate will have approximately 2+ years of insurance sales experience who's looking to move into a growth position with unlimited opportunity to expand and develop a lucrative client portfolio.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales with a proven track record of finding prospects and closing deals
• BS in Business or a relevant field is preferred, working experience will also be considered
• Candidates with an existing insurance license are strongly preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

• Very competitive starting base salary (commission draw available once they start producing)
