What Will You Be Doing?

1. Lead the Charge: Guide cross-functional teams, driving the development and delivery of gaming products that meet technical, creative, and market goals.
2. Master the Details: Manage timelines, budgets, and milestones, resolving roadblocks and ensuring every detail is documented and aligned with project objectives.
3. Own the Process: Oversee all aspects of product design, development, and release, from conceptual design to final delivery, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.
4. Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to enhance processes, incorporate feedback, and stay ahead of industry trends.
5. Quality Assurance: Work closely with QA teams to address and resolve defects, ensuring a seamless gaming experience.
6. Build and Develop Teams: Supervise, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
7. Impact the Industry: Research industry best practices and market trends to implement solutions that keep our gaming products at the forefront of the industry.

• A proven leader with experience in driving complex gaming projects from concept to completion.
• Exceptional project management skills, with a talent for keeping teams aligned, motivated, and on schedule.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $91k - $119k salaried.
