What Will You Be Doing?

  1. Lead the Charge: Guide cross-functional teams, driving the development and delivery of gaming products that meet technical, creative, and market goals.
  2. Master the Details: Manage timelines, budgets, and milestones, resolving roadblocks and ensuring every detail is documented and aligned with project objectives.
  3. Own the Process: Oversee all aspects of product design, development, and release, from conceptual design to final delivery, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.
  4. Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to enhance processes, incorporate feedback, and stay ahead of industry trends.
  5. Quality Assurance: Work closely with QA teams to address and resolve defects, ensuring a seamless gaming experience.
  6. Build and Develop Teams: Supervise, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  7. Impact the Industry: Research industry best practices and market trends to implement solutions that keep our gaming products at the forefront of the industry.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • A proven leader with experience in driving complex gaming projects from concept to completion.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a talent for keeping teams aligned, motivated, and on schedule.
  • A strong communicator and collaborator who can bring together diverse teams, including artists, developers, designers, and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and excellence in every phase of product development.
  • Knowledge of gaming product compliance and the ability to innovate within regulatory frameworks.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $91k - $119k salaried.
