This position focuses on creative agency management and enabling speed and agility in content creation, while ensuring alignment with business objectives, brand consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements. With a focus on immunology that extends to innovation in diabetes and transplant medicines, we pursue progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world.Main Responsibilities:Content Creation Facilitation:Lead initiatives to accelerate creative content development and ensure rapid, high-quality delivery of marketing materials across channels.Develop standardized marketing workflows and processes to boost content agility, drive efficiency, and scale effectively across campaigns.Ensure seamless integration between content strategy, creative execution, and compliance review processes.Medical, Legal and Regulatory (MLR) Strategy:Develop, implement, and continuously refine best practices, templates, and guidelines to drive efficiency in content creation and approval.Oversee and manage the end-to-end review and approval process, ensuring all marketing materials comply with regulatory requirements and brand standards.Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current processes and introduce solutions to improve speed without compromising quality or compliance.Leverage technology, AI, and innovative tools to streamline content workflows, automate approval processes, and enhance overall content success.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Act as a strategic partner to content strategists, creative leads, medical, legal, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment throughout the content lifecycle.Collaborate with digital and operational teams to implement, execute, and operationalize content across platforms and channels.Drive alignment between global and local teams to ensure consistency in messaging and content deployment.Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement:Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness, speed, and compliance of content initiatives.Conduct regular audits and analyses to identify areas for improvement, recommend strategic adjustments, and implement corrective actions.Champion a data-driven approach to optimize content success and overall marketing performance.Project Management and Leadership:Lead strategic brand content projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with broader organizational priorities.Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in content execution.Manage external vendors and partners to supplement internal capabilities and drive project success.About YouQualifications:Proven experience in content strategy, marketing operations, or project management within a regulated industry (pharmaceuticals, healthcare, etc.).Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks affecting content development and marketing.Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), project management tools, and analytics platforms.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Key Attributes:Strategic thinker with a passion for driving brand excellence and continuous improvement.Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, compliant content.Agile and adaptable, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and lead teams to success.Why Choose Us?
