As a Digital Designer and Program Support Specialist within the Learning Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in the creative, facilitative, and operational aspects of our learning solutions. You will design engaging digital content, facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions, and provide essential program support to ensure our learning solutions are effective and impactful. Your responsibilities will include coordinating schedules, managing resources, and ensuring all materials and technologies are prepared for seamless delivery. Strong organizational, facilitation, and project management skills are essential to enhance the overall impact of our programs and initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
Create engaging and impactful learning content, including videos and digital courses. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts. Utilize tools such as Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, Vyond, After Effects, and Adobe Animate to develop high-quality videos, graphics, and other digital learning products. Collaborate with Domain Solutions and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective learning solutions. Facilitate professional development training both in classroom and virtually to ensure effective knowledge transfer and engagement. Facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions and provide facilitation support for targeted programs where required. Provide logistical support for learning programs and initiatives, including coordinating schedules and managing resources. Ensure all materials and technologies are prepared for seamless delivery of learning solutions. Support program management activities, including tracking progress, reporting on outcomes, and identifying areas for improvement. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
2+ years experience in learning and development, with a focus on curriculum development, facilitation, and program management. Strong agile project management experience. Display the highest professional standards, operating with a commercial mindset, high client centricity, and being innovative by challenging the status quo. Highly focused on detail, and adept at multi-tasking and meeting deadlines within a fast-moving professional environment. Ability to work independently in a high-performance team. Ability to work collaboratively and to develop strong, positive working relationships across a matrixed organization. Expert proficiency in Video/Audio Studio production and editing. Proficiency in four or more tools in the Adobe Creative Suite applications (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Animate); and high proficiency in tools/programs such as Articulate Storyline, Figma, Microsoft Office tools.
