SUMMARY OF POSITION:
We are looking for an innovative and passionate Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team and drive our brand to new heights. In this exciting role, you'll work alongside a talented group from Marketing, Sales, and Product to ensure our messaging connects across all channels-whether it's through compelling content, standout trade show experiences, or impactful digital campaigns. This is a dynamic, hands-on position where you'll play a key role in shaping and executing a wide range of marketing initiatives. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Content Marketing
- Lead visual design and assist in creating compelling content for marketing campaigns, sales enablement materials, and the website, ensuring alignment with company messaging and branding guidelines. Content examples may include blogs, email campaigns, product brochures, case studies, and web content.
- Oversee the content marketing calendar and roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with customers, partners, and internal or external subject matter experts to gather insights and inform content planning.
- Trade Show Management
- Plan and execute successful trade show strategies, including booth design, logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Manage successful end-to-end trade show experiences, from pre-event planning to post-event follow-up, ensuring smooth execution and maximum impact.
- Assist with coordinating PR opportunities and executive speaking engagements at events.
- Campaign Execution
- Coordinate the launch of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
- Drive customer engagement efforts through newsletters, customer webinars, case studies, and other strategies that align with the customer journey.
- Ensure ad creatives (print and digital) are delivered on time and meet all technical specifications.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics to assess success, identify key insights, and provide data-driven recommendations for future optimization.
- Digital Marketing
- Assist in creating and executing segmented email campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and announcements.
- Manage email list segmentation, maintain list hygiene, and conduct A/B testing.
- Plan, schedule, and post content across social media platforms according to the content calendar.
- Monitor social channels and provide timely response to inquiries.
- Update and maintain website content to support marketing initiatives and other business needs.
- Collaborate with marketing team and external agency to implement design and functionality updates.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably for B2B or high-tech/SaaS business.
- Hands-on experience developing end-to-end content or digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in graphics software programs (preferably Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to create high-quality visuals for print, digital, web, and social media platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to author copy for content.
- Thorough understanding of trade show logistics.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Passion for technology and a knack for storytelling.
NICE TO HAVE
- Proficient in digital marketing and campaign management using Salesforce and/or Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
- Familiarity with marketing automation, lead nurturing, or sales funnel optimization.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools that support content creation.
- Experience managing website content using WordPress.
- Experience managing webinar logistics including scheduling, hosting and presenter preparation.
- Experience in physical security or senior living markets is a plus.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Occasional domestic travel required (approximately 5% of the time) to support trade shows/conferences.
