Content Summary: Presentation Designer (Hybrid) at Brooklyn, for Cella Location: Brooklyn, New York; 3x onsite M-F 6pm start timeType: long-term, ongoing W2 contractCompensation Range: $41 - 46 per hour We are looking for a talented Presentation Designer for our client, a top financial services company for a long-term contract opportunity!In this role, you will produce creative and compelling materials for internal and external investment clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and has the ability to build strong relationships with clients, the global team and internal support groups. The position requires an advanced graphic skillset with the ability to efficiently and accurately create cost-effective products (pitchbooks, proposals, financial statements, brochures, infographics, complex presentation covers) utilizing Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. This is a hybrid role in which candidates will have to be onsite in New York City 3 days per week.Responsibilities: Manage and prioritize multiple presentation and graphic design requests, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction. Design, produce, edit, and annotate high-quality graphic materials using advanced design software, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Maintain brand integrity while meeting client needs with innovative, professional, and cost-effective solutions. Create/edit/modify presentations and documents while becoming an expert in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Receive and incorporate feedback to continuously improve design quality, efficiency, and service. Collaborate with internal clients, a global team, and support groups to deliver top-tier graphic materials. Develop knowledge of project requirements and provide customer service excellence throughout the design process. Adhere to established team policies and procedures, including performance metrics, attendance, and quality standards. Qualifications: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite-InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop a must. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. 4-6 years professional experience in presentation design support at a corporate level. Experience and understanding in design concepts, visual communication and infographic storytelling. Ability to work well with others in a high-pressure environment. Added Bonus: Working knowledge of Dreamweaver, Premiere, After Effects, Photography, ArcGIS, 3D Modeling, Illustration or Animation. Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Corporate Communications, or a related field is preferred.
