Taylor Management is seeking a highly organized and professional individual to serve as their High Rise Community Manager located in Philadelphia, PA . We have been providing management services for residential associations throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania for over 25 years. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the community, maintaining relationships with residents, ensuring the community is compliant with all regulations and laws, and fostering a peaceful and enjoyable living environment. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all residents, communicating effectively and professionally at all times
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively
• Develop and implement systems and protocols to improve residents’ satisfaction with the community
• Ensure the community is compliant with all state and industry regulations and laws
• Work closely with the Board of Directors to support their efforts to improve the community
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure quality services are provided
• Manage the financial operations of the community, including budget development and monitoring
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in community management, property management, or related field
• Knowledge of local and state regulations and laws regarding community management
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with residents, vendors, and board members
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
