What is Your Role?
As a Creator Ops Analyst, you'll work with the Creator Operations team to accelerate the growth of our creator network and liaise with creators to secure UGC for paid social media advertising. On a day to day basis, you will:
- Be Responsible for Sourcing and Onboarding New Creators: As a Creator Operations Analyst, you will leverage your social media expertise to scout and recruit creators across a wide range of verticals, from fashion and beauty to tech and finance. This process is vital for keeping our creator network fresh, relevant, and capable of meeting the varied needs of our clients.
- Curate High-Quality Recommendations for Brands and Creative: Matching the right creators with the right campaigns is a critical factor in maximizing campaign performance and achieving client goals. Your ability to curate high-quality recommendations ensures that each campaign is tailored to resonate with the target audience and deliver impactful results.
- Ensure Smooth Project Delivery and Exceptional Quality: As the primary point of contact for our network of creators, you play a pivotal role in maintaining clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. This ensures that each campaign runs smoothly and meets the highest standards of quality.
- Embrace Innovation: The creator economy is constantly evolving, and staying ahead of the curve requires a commitment to innovation. This role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of our creators' journeys and creative execution. Main tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Source, recruit, and onboard creators to join our network.
- Foster relationships with creators by offering top-notch support and guidance.
- Provide feedback on creator deliverables and ensure GrapevineAI standards are met.
- Liaise directly with creators and our Brand Success team to match creators to campaigns.
- Project manage content delivery, and work with creators to ensure deliverables are optimized for performance.
- Evaluate creator performance and ensure our network is consistently up-to-date with accurate information.
- Seek opportunities to streamline, expedite, and improve efficiency. Provide recommendations to advance our operations.
- Facilitate cross-departmental creator discussion across Product, Brand Success, and Creative teams.
What You'll Bring:
Background: Social Media
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 0-2 years experience in influencer marketing, social media talent management, startups, or growth industries. Fresh graduates are okay - we love training!
- Energy and enthusiasm working with creators.
- Asana guru and comfortable with light data analysis
