Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on Campaigns – Work closely with marketing team members to develop visual concepts that align with campaign objectives and target audiences.
- Create Print Design – Design print materials including but not limited to brochures, flyers, billboards, posters, and packaging, ensuring print-ready files and high-quality production.
- Create Web Assets – Develop high-quality digital materials including advertisements, banners, email headers, web graphics and promotional content.
- Create Visual Content for social media – Design eye-catching graphics for social media posts, stories, and ads to engage the audience and drive traffic.
- Adapt Designs for Multiple Platforms – Tailor design assets for various marketing channels, including web, social media, email, and offline materials.
- Produce Motion Graphics (is a plus) – Create animated assets including but not limited to digital marketing campaigns, including social media and web-based ads.
- Participate in Brainstorming Sessions – Contribute creative ideas to marketing and branding strategies during team discussions.
- Design for Large-Scale Print – Produce assets for large-scale print projects including but not limited to billboards, event banners, and trade show displays
- Manage Multiple Projects – Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining design quality.
- Communicate Effectively – Communicate with team members (internal or external), printers (occasionally), and on-site managers to understand their needs and deliver results that align with the goal of a project or deliverable.
- Stay up to date with marketing trends – Use real-world knowledge to craft designs that align with marketing goals and drive measurable results.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required skills:
- 3 – 5 years of professional design experience.
- Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; experience with After Effects or motion elements within Photoshop is a plus.
- Proficiency in creating assets for web, social media, email campaigns, digital advertising, large-scale printing, and print media.
- Strong skills in photo editing and retouching to enhance images for various campaigns.
- Proficiency in preparing print-ready files, understanding production processes, file formatting, color modes (RGB/CMYK), and resolution standards for both print and digital outputs.
- A solid understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and layout, with a passion for design, visual storytelling and a keen eye for ensuring accuracy and consistency across all design elements and projects.
- A positive, solution-oriented attitude with excellent organizational and multitasking skills, capable of adapting to shifting priorities and quick turnarounds while maintaining quality.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and other departments, while also taking initiative and working independently when needed.
- Skilled in presenting concepts, accepting constructive feedback, and revising designs based on internal team or client input.
- Capability to create custom vector or hand-drawn illustrations when needed is a plus.
- Proficiency in copywriting is a plus, with a general understanding of grammar.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
Additionally, as part of our onboarding process, you will be required to complete a comprehensive job rotation program through various roles within our attractions. This will involve directly interacting with our Guests to gain a comprehensive understanding or our operations and gain valuable insight into our Guest’s needs and expectations.
