Role: Label Editor III
Location: Princeton, NJ
Duration: 12 months (on W2)
Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Manage labeling and artwork changes for regulatory affairs, which includes packaging, user documents, user guides, manuals, etc.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of design changes, from when a request comes in to releasing the final artwork into the system.
- Coordinate with suppliers and translation agencies for labeling changes.
- Demonstrate excellent proofreading skills for all labeling materials.
- Project manage the entire process of design changes, ensuring all aspects are handled with attention to detail.
- Use Adobe Illustrator and InDesign to make artwork changes.
- Combine project management skills with design changes in a regulatory context.
- Maintain expertise in regulatory affairs within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or food industries.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in project management, coordination, and design.
- Design skills in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
- Experience in project management, particularly in regulated industries like medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or food.
- Ability to interact cross-functionally with various stakeholders, suppliers, and translation agencies.
- Strong proofreading abilities and attention to detail in all design and labeling materials.
- Experience in a regulated industry is required, ideally regulatory affairs.
Key Preferences
- Project management experience is a must; not looking for high-level project managers.
- Candidates should have hands-on experience with design changes in labeling and regulatory documentation.
- Candidates should not have experience only in one part of the project; they should have worked on the full cycle of design changes.
- Candidates with a background in regulatory affairs will be given preference.
- The role requires strong interpersonal skills to work with different departments, suppliers, and translation agencies.
Interview Process
- First Interview: In-person interview with the hiring manager .
- Second Interview: Possible video interview with the director (depending on availability).
