Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events, from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and fundraisers. This position requires a passion for creating memorable experiences and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of event planning including logistics, budgeting, and execution.
• Work with clients to define event objectives and expectations, providing expert advice and consultation.
• Research, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure value for money.
• Create and maintain event timelines, budgets, and detailed project plans for each event.
• Develop and manage event marketing strategies to promote and ensure successful attendance.
• Oversee on-site setup, execution, and breakdown of events while ensuring compliance with safety and legal regulation

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role, with a portfolio of successful events.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software/tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
