BioPhase Solutions specializes in recruiting top talented professionals for Southern California's Scientific community. We are currently looking for a UX/Graphic Designer to work for a biotechnology company in the Orange County region.

Pay: $32 - $45/hour

Onsite: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8AM - 5PM

Summary

In this role, you will drive the user experience and interface design while bringing creative graphic design expertise to our projects. Your work will be instrumental in shaping intuitive and visually compelling interfaces that elevate our brand and engage our users.

Responsibilities

• User-Centric Design: Lead the design of user experiences and interfaces for our product suite, ensuring seamless and intuitive navigation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
• Wireframing, Prototyping, and Visual Design: Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
• Create visually appealing and on-brand interfaces through high-fidelity mockups and design assets.
• Graphic Design: Conceptualize and design visually appealing layouts for various projects, maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing and research teams to develop strategic concepts that effectively communicate product features.
• Collaboration and Implementation: Work closely with development teams to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of design solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align design strategies with business goals and user needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Graphic Design experience with expertise in creating marketing graphics and website custom experiences.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong execution capabilities in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
