UI/UX Designer Job at DTG Consulting Solutions, Inc. in Easton

Responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements, in collaboration with business partners and technical team members
• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly illustrate how an app will look and function
• Design UI elements for web and mobile audiences, and adjust based on feedback
• Champion UX best practices to improve adoption of new features and capabilities
• Understand and navigate the constraints of certain low-code environments (Mendix, SalesForce, Pega, SharePoint, etc.) and UI design options available on these platforms
• Partner with Digital Marketing on design standards and branding guidelines to ensure a consistent and compliant user experience

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in a UI/UX design role
• Proven experience in designing complex applications from scratch
• Knowledge of wireframe tools
• Experience working within a design system, with a preference for either standing up or enhancing the design system
• Up-to-date knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Miro, InVision, and Adobe XD
• Ability to work closely with both business stakeholders and developers

Nice-to-Haves:

• Basic front-end coding skills with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience working in low-code environments such as Mendix, SalesForce, Pega, and SharePoint
