Insight Global is hiring: UX Designer in Raleigh

Job Description 1) Create user friendly interface designs, adhering to established UI design standards and practices, including Baxter design patterns and guidelines, W3C guidelines, Google Material Design guidelines, Apple Human Interface Guidelines, and Android Design Guidelines. 2) Participate in customer interviews, interactions, and other user research to identify customer needs and wants. 3) Create UI prototypes, which may be used for testing or marketing purposes. 4) Participate in usability research, including creating test plans and scripts, moderating usability test sessions, and writing final reports. 5) Document user experience designs and specifications. 6) Provide UX and design input to cross functional teams, including recommendations for product and process improvements based on UX expertise and knowledge. 7) Act independently with minimal supervision. 8) Utilize project team engineering methodologies and tools to manage work and communicate across teams and specialties.
