Job Description
Janitorial Co. is seeking an experienced telemarketer to call on commercial listings.
Opportunity to work from home or in our office
Duties include:
• Make outbound calls to a list of prospects provided by Employer to set quality appointments.
• Initiate conversation by promoting and creating interest in services.
• Have product / service knowledge. Communicate benefits and value to potential customers.
• Learn scripted presentation to ensure consistent message and adherence to marketing strategies.
• Objection handling-skilled at addressing concerns, overcoming objections, and maintaining a positive conversation.
• Responsible for accurately recording and updating prospectsand customer information in CRM system. This will help rack leads, trends, and facilitate future marketing efforts.
• Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and sales targets.
• Keeping track of contacts as well as those that don’t want to be contacted in the future.
• Follow-up on previous customers for potential sales.
• Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers.
