Role Overview: The Senior Manager of Visual Merchandising will be responsible for the overall management of our retail business, with responsibility for the creative, technical and logistical elements. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated multi-tasker, with a strong eye for design & detail who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Senior Manager of Visual Merchandising (Beauty) Responsibilities:

• Adapt and execute global Visual Merchandising concept guidelines to the US market
• Liaise with diverse teams of vendors, marketing, and Global VM team for approvals and directives to ensure alignment.
• Develop and maintain Retailer and Vendor relationships.
• Create 3D renderings and design development drawings for bidding
• Review mechanical/engineering drawings and pre-production prototypes to ensure alignment with design intent
• Create all print ready mechanicals
• Create 3D planograms to support retail display strategies
• Work closely with the store design team on new store openings and lead in-store merchandising efforts.

Senior Manager of Visual Merchandising (Beauty) Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, Graphic Design or Interior Design
• 5+ years of visual merchandising experience in beauty with a focus on luxury department stores
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to brand standards.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Suite and Sketchup
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to harmonize information quickly and effectively.
