About This Job Axos Bank is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist, Paid Marketing, to drive excellence in the Banking industry. Responsibilities: ROI-Focused Paid Media Campaigns : Develop and execute innovative paid media campaigns with a focus on maximizing return on investment (ROI) Collaborate Across Departments : Work closely with various departments to ensure alignment of campaign strategies and goals Budget Management : Manage digital ad buys to adhere to monthly and annual budgets while optimizing performance Optimization and Analysis : Analyze opportunities for optimization across multiple platforms (SEM, Paid Social, native Advertising, Display, Programmatic) and implement effective solutions Keyword Analysis and Recommendations : Conduct comprehensive keyword analysis, create target lists, and provide recommendations for Paid Media Optimizations & Opportunities Performance Evaluation : Define, measure, and evaluate campaign results, providing actionable insights to partners and stakeholders. Utilize data visualization tools to create reports and dashboards that effectively communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders Stakeholder Relationship Management : Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives and advocate for marketing initiatives Reporting : Generate detailed campaign performance reports for internal stakeholders, including insights and recommendations for future strategies Brand Compliance : Ensure all marketing work adheres to brand standards and meets compliance requirements Support overall marketing strategy and goals by assisting with ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field 3+ years of digital marketing experience, including paid search, social, and display campaigns; agency experience preferred Experience managing digital campaigns with budgets over $1M annually. Comprehensive knowledge of paid media networks (e.g., Search, Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter) and algorithms Proficient in implementing tracking mechanisms and analytics tools for monitoring customer interactions and behavior Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and maximize business impact.
