The Marketing Senior Manager will lead Green Eagle Solutions’ marketing strategy, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution to drive international growth, increase brand awareness, and build a high-performing marketing function from the ground up. This role is pivotal in establishing ARSOS as a global leader in renewable energy automation and positioning the company as an industry thought leader. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic yet execution-oriented marketer to take a leadership role in a fast-growing company. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Brand Development

Develop and implement a global marketing strategy aligned with company objectives for market expansion, ARR growth, and brand positioning. Refine ARSOS’s brand narrative and ensure consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints. Build and communicate a compelling value proposition tailored to key international markets (e.g., UK, USA, Greece). Lead thought leadership initiatives, including white papers, webinars, and industry events, to position Green Eagle as a trusted advisor in renewable energy O&M. Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition

Create and execute demand generation campaigns across digital, content, and paid media to drive high-quality leads for the sales team. Optimize SEO, paid advertising (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads), and email marketing campaigns for global audiences. Implement a content marketing strategy, including white papers, customer success stories, webinars, and video content. Introduce and leverage AI-driven marketing tools to automate lead nurturing, campaign management, and performance tracking. Build strong collaboration between marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on lead generation, tracking, and conversion strategies. Develop sales enablement tools, including product decks, case studies, and customer presentations. Implement lead tracking and reporting systems to measure ROI and optimize campaigns. Overhaul the corporate website to improve UX, SEO, and brand alignment for international audiences. Leverage data and analytics to make data-driven decisions for improving traffic, engagement, and lead conversions. Build a stronger social media presence on key platforms like LinkedIn. Lead a high-performing marketing team, including detection of the department's needs. Create clear KPIs and performance benchmarks for team members and campaigns. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the marketing function. Customer Advocacy & Community Building

Establish post-purchase engagement strategies to increase customer loyalty, advocacy, and repeat business. Explore opportunities to build a customer community for knowledge-sharing and brand advocacy. What You Need To Succeed:

Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior B2B marketing role in SaaS, renewable energy, or industrial automation sectors. Experience leading international go-to-market strategies and demand generation campaigns. Strong expertise in content marketing, digital marketing, SEO, paid media campaigns, and email marketing. Proficiency with AI-driven marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Drift, or similar) to enhance campaign performance and efficiency. Demonstrated success in building and scaling marketing functions from scratch. Exceptional storytelling and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. Data-driven mindset with a track record of measuring and improving marketing ROI. Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus. Familiarity with marketing best practices across multiple international markets. Background in thought leadership initiatives, including content creation, webinars, and public speaking.
