We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead our growth strategy and drive revenue expansion in key vertical markets. Responsibilities As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic planning, operational efficiency, and effective market engagement. Key responsibilities include: · Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and EBITDA. · Analyze market opportunities, identify growth areas, and create tailored strategies for micro-markets. · Set and manage pricing strategies to optimize market penetration and profitability. · Unify sales and marketing efforts to create a seamless customer experience. · Maximize returns on marketing investments through data-driven decision-making and targeted campaigns. · Oversee distribution channels and identify opportunities for new revenue streams. · Foster exceptional customer satisfaction through consistent service delivery. · Monitor revenue streams and adjust strategies as needed to align with market demands. · Expand partnerships and introduce new sales channels to drive business growth. Operational Excellence: · Lead corporate development efforts, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A). · Forecast revenue generation, develop actionable plans, and ensure alignment with company goals. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and maximize efficiency. Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess: Proven experience as a Vice President of Sales or equivalent leadership position. Strong background in the telecommunications industry, with expertise in wireless technologies such as Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) , CBRS Private LTE and Public Safety ERRCS. Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and developing effective sales and marketing strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on long-term business development. Experience in contracting, customer support, and managing M&A initiatives.
