Create advertisements geared towards homeowners and manage ongoing ads. Find avenues to advertise and implement creative marketing strategies to gain new clients. Manage all marketing efforts including developing ads, creating Google and Facebook ads, and drive lead generation. Implement SEO strategies for optimal ad visibility. Manage social media presence. Research and find Events and Shows within our assigned territory. Negotiate Contracts with the Event Vendors. Book an annual calendar of Events and Shows. Recruit, hire and train Event Demonstrators. Schedule Demonstrators to work Events. Coordinate booth and display set-up and tear down. Set appointments for a Free In-Home Consultation at the Events and Shows. Measure and report results. Qualifications:
2 years of marketing and/or advertising experience is required. Strong communications skills. Positive, outgoing personality. Strong planning and organizational skills. Ability to coach, train and motivate others. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift 30 pounds. Compensation is dependent upon skills and experience.
