Atlantic Pacific Standard is a leader in MP and E, committed to delivering innovative solutions to meet our clients’ needs. We are seeking a talented Technical Proposal Writer to join our team. This role involves creating high-quality proposals that effectively communicate our technical expertise and align with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other client solicitations to determine proposal requirements.
• Develop, write, and edit clear, compelling, and compliant technical proposals, executive summaries, and other related documents.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather technical content and ensure accuracy and relevancy.
• Create proposal outlines, schedules, and compliance matrices to manage timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure all proposals are consistent in format, style, and tone while adhering to company branding guidelines.
• Proofread and edit proposals for clarity, grammar, and compliance.
• Maintain a library of templates, boilerplate text, and other reusable proposal components.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop proposal strategies and win themes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Proposal Writer, preferably in [industry/sector].
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to convey them in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with government contracting and compliance (e.g., FAR, DFAR) is a plus.
