Position: Marketing Manager, Education (Contractor - Parental Leave Cover)

Location: San Jose, CA 95134 (100% on-site)

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) from March 3, 2025, to August 30, 2025 (possibility of starting sooner or being extended)

Pay: 68-78/Hourly (paid weekly)

Responsibilities

  1. Channel Collaboration: Build and execute marketing programs with channel partners to drive brand presence and revenue in education.
  2. Budget Management: Handle budget proposals, vendor payments, and financial operations efficiently.
  3. Campaign Customization: Adapt and implement central campaigns for the education market.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly liaise with partners and internal account managers to ensure seamless communication.
  5. Content Delivery: Develop newsletters, event materials, and solution-specific communications.
  6. Cross-Functional Work: Coordinate with teams to align programs with business goals and provide detailed performance analysis.
  7. Market Analysis: Monitor trends, competition, and partner performance to refine strategies.
  8. Performance Metrics: Establish and report on key metrics for marketing initiatives.
  9. Expert Consultation: Serve as a subject matter expert on the Public Sector market, providing insights and recommendations to enhance the company's market position.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in education marketing, especially with IT decision-makers.
  • Strong track record in creating and executing digital campaigns and events.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and provide timely solutions.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and prioritizing effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to foster collaboration and drive ideas across teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM and PRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Impartner) and marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Familiarity with education technology and market dynamics.
  • Strong copywriting and design skills for swift and agile campaign execution.
