Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support customer-facing sales programs, including Mobile Labs, Customer Experience Centers, Reference Sites, and Customer Advocacy programs.

This role focuses on increasing brand awareness and demand across the Laboratory Diagnostics business.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional operational and project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate program requests for Mobile Labs between sales teams, the marketing team, and external agencies to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Provide project support for Mobile Labs, including updating graphics and materials, and creating branded toolkits with invitations and surveys.
  • Act as an on-site host for customer visits at the Tarrytown, NY facility, handling pre-visit preparations such as signage, room setup, and IT support.
  • Assist with approved customer events by organizing planning calls and providing program outlines, templates, and agendas.
  • Track and facilitate reference site visits, managing confirmations and maintaining databases.
  • Collaborate with the tradeshows and events team to maintain an annual events calendar.
  • Support the sales organization with regional tradeshow and event requests.
  • Update the intranet page to provide program information to field teams.
  • Manage finance and compliance processes for event approvals, speaker coordination, and partner payments.
  • Align internally across teams for program tracking and reporting.
  • Create and distribute monthly program reports for marketing, sales teams, and leadership.
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (Life Sciences background preferred).
  • Entry-level to 3-5 years of relevant experience in B2B Marketing and/or Communications.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work across multiple teams and projects.
  • Strong skills in tracking and reporting project progress.
  • Excellent presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in PC tools such as MS Office and Smartsheet.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in customer engagement or advocacy programs.
  • Background in laboratory diagnostics or healthcare marketing.
