Senior PCB Layout Designer, Temporary.
This position is a high-level technical position. You will be performing complex technical tasks such as PCB design and change order activities using CAD software for new product development and sustaining engineering.
What you will do in the position:
PCB Layouts and Schematics Creates new and updates existing PCB layout from schematics, instructions and documents provided by engineers. Generates and maintains parts for the E-CAD libraries. Verifies the design with the responsible EE, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering and test engineering. Interfaces with Engineering Staff and other Departments within HME. Creates assembly drawings from verbal instructions, simple documents, and/or models utilizing mechanical CAD or E-CAD software. Maintains technical coordination with Engineering Staff, design team members, and Manager.Writes, incorporates, and checks change orders as required. Helps in the establishment of new design procedures. What you will need to succeed in this position:
In-depth knowledge of PCB design and a desire to learn and grow your skills. Good technical leadership skills. Good verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills. Team player mentality and a positive outlook 10+ years of related experience AA degree preferred
Pay Range: $39.03/hr - $52.67/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
