Key Responsibilities Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels. Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and webinars.
Administrative Support: Coordinate team schedules and deadlines. Maintain marketing databases and manage email lists.
Brand Alignment: Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all materials and platforms. Provide quality checks on marketing assets to align with company standards.
Qualifications & Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace. Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp), and social media scheduling tools. Basic understanding of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
