Major international streaming service is seeking a Sr. UX Design Project Manager to join their team for a 7+ month contract opportunity with potential for exension. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of specific UX design and/or CX project management experience and knowledge of Atlassian programs.
Pay Rate: $70-79/hour Hours/Week: 40 Location: Onsite in Seattle Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of visual, motion, sound, and illustration designers to operationalize cohesive Design programs across devices and services. Oversee program planning, status tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure project success. Identify and implement improvements through documentation updates and change management across design and partner teams. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and tech, to drive program execution. Support the development and delivery of design systems and design languages within a fast-paced corporate environment. Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in UX Design Project/Program Management or Design Operations within design organizations. Combined 3+ years of UX Design and 3+ years of Project Management experience also considered. Proficiency in operationalizing UX Design programs in complex and ambiguous settings. Experience managing design programs with Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Background in managing design systems and/or design language programs. Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required).
