JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary
Regal Boats is seeking a creative and passionate Videographer to join our Marketing Team. This individual will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos of new products, creating compelling advertisements, and documenting events and experiences that reflect the Regal brand. This role will involve traveling to events, collaborating with the marketing team, and supporting the production of promotional and corporate content.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a keen eye for detail, strong storytelling abilities, and the technical skills necessary to bring concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Content Creation:
   1. Capture high-quality photos and videos of new products, boats, and features for marketing campaigns.
   2. Assist in post-production, including editing and finalizing video and photo content.
2. Ad Campaigns:
   1. Create engaging video content for advertisements across social media, digital platforms, and other channels.
   2. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
3. Event Coverage:
   1. Travel to Regal events and boat shows to document activities, presentations, and key moments.
   2. Support Regal-wide initiatives by capturing event footage.
4. Collaboration:
   1. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with Regal’s brand and mission.
   2. Assist in creating promotional content for internal and external audiences.
5. Innovation and Organization:
   1. Stay current on trends in videography and photography to bring fresh ideas to the table.
   2. Maintain and organize video and photo archives.

Required Qualifications

1. Strong knowledge of videography and photography techniques, including camera operation and lighting.
2. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
3. Basic skills in photo editing (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
5. Willingness to travel for events and on-location shoots.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in drone videography and aerial photography.
2. Familiarity with marketing trends and social media video formats (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok).
3. Knowledge of audio editing and sound design.
4. Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Marketing, or related field.
5. Previous experience in the marine or outdoor lifestyle industries.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment as well as outdoor and on-location settings. Regular use of video equipment, computers, and standard office tools is required.
