ABOUT THE JOB

The Video Producer & Editor will leverage video to communicate brand-aligned concepts and stories that engage and inspire audiences. Highly creative and collaborative, this individual will work closely with team members to develop compelling visuals for product launches, promotions, events, educational content, and sales-driven initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, events, and internal projects.
  • Develop creative solutions for addressing marketing initiatives and strategic goals through video and audio assets.
  • Plan and manage project timelines, production schedules, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Transport, set up and use cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage.
  • Organize and edit raw video footage and audio files, as well as perform color grade, sound mixing, and other necessary post-production steps to ensure professional quality and consistency.
  • Utilize latest AI features to streamline workflow throughout the post-production process.
  • Oversee final delivery ensuring all variations, aspect ratios, and delivery specifications are met, all while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Capture still photography for events and campaigns as needed.
  • Work with the Senior Director, Global Creative Services to fulfill Global video needs
  • Contribute to a diverse, vibrant, and positive team dynamic.
  • Stay up to date with new video technological advances.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • Some periodic travel required.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

This position does not supervise people.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in film, media production, media communications, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of video production experience in creative or advertising agency, network, studio, in-house video team, and/or freelance.
  • Ability to manage on-location filming and studio shoots and outside vendor coordination.
  • Experience producing scalable video content and leading projects across stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in video shooting, editing, coloring, sound mixing, and motion graphics.
  • Proficiency in creative scripting, storyboarding, and pre-production planning.
  • Knowledge of blending/compositing video footage with motion graphics or 3D assets.
  • Technical acumen in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting video, audio, lighting, and other production equipment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Express, Animate).
  • Experience utilizing A.I. to optimize creative workflows and reduce costs
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
  • Self-managing, highly organized, and able to prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.

Recommended:

  • Network of external freelance video producers, editors, and animators.
  • Experience building original motion graphics or altering existing templates.
  • Understanding of workflows in marketing, production, or creative departments.
