Product marketing is searching for a passionate business leader to focus on products with the mission of empowering users to take control of their health by making it simple, engaging, and accessible. This person will be responsible for influencing product development and leading go-to-market (GTM) as part of the Wearables Product Marketing Team. To be successful, the candidate will bring a combination of strategic vision, exceptional communication skills, a collaborative mindset, analytical acumen, and hardware and/or software product launch experience, having worked in highly cross-functional, dynamic environments built to move fast, ruthlessly prioritize, and pivot quickly as needed to incubate future technologies.Product Marketing Manager, Wearables Software Health Experiences - Reality Labs ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with product teams to define the strategy, roadmap and success metrics for products, ensuring product market fit and helping evolve our portfolio strategy over a multi-year time horizonDefine health product positioning, naming, audience definition and sizing for SW experiences across our wearables HW programsLead market assessment and sizing through quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback and represent the consumer point of view internally with Product Management and cross-functional teams in the prioritization, design and development of innovative devices and experiencesLead the definition and development of the go-to-market strategy across the organization that is grounded in user insights and market dynamicsLead the go-to-market cross-functional teams toward execution and launch of the GTM strategy through EOL. Be the single point of contact for communicating GTM updates and reviews with cross functional leadershipDesign tests, measure impact, and learn through a results-driven mindset with cross-functional teamsMinimum QualificationsBA/BS degree in marketing, business, product development, or related work experience10+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, management consulting, business strategy or a similar fieldCombination of strategic experiences and hands-on tactical executionExperience with consumer research and proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and GTM strategyExperience working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environmentExperience to craft clear and concise, emails, reports & documents for a diverse range of stakeholdersExperience working in U.S. consumer health technologyExperience with products that are sold direct-to-consumerQuantitative, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with demonstrated business acumenExperience structuring and solving problems, and influencing product decisions to move insights to actionPreferred QualificationsMasters' degree or equivalent in business, marketing, analytics, engineering, or other related quantitative disciplineExperience in product marketing, developing go to market strategies and partnering closely with product teamsExperience in consumer tech hardware and/or software for hardware products sold in both the consumer and B2B channelsDomain knowledge in wearable devices, and connected health techFor those who live in or expect to work from California if hired for this position, please click here for additional information. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
